Who we are
This website is operated by Sfind Services ("we", "us", "our"), based at Unit 11, Linford Street, London, SW8 4UN, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can contact us at about@sfind.app.
What data we collect
We collect different information depending on how you use the site:
- Customers: first and last name, phone number, email (optional), collection/delivery address and postcode, photos of the items or waste you want collected, and details of your service request.
- Partners (drivers/collectors): full name, company name (optional), email, phone number, vehicle type, the services you offer, your Waste Carrier Licence number (if you offer Waste Collection), business address and postcode, a photo of you and a photo of your van.
- Everyone: basic technical data needed to run the site (session cookie), and — only if you accept our cookie banner — advertising identifiers used by Google, Meta and TikTok to measure and improve our ads.
Why we use your data
We use your data to: create and manage your account; match customers with partners and let a partner fulfil your service request; show each side the contact details needed to complete the job; respond to enquiries; keep the site secure; and, only with your consent, measure and improve advertising campaigns.
The legal basis is performance of a contract (running the service you asked for), our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and working properly, and your consent for advertising cookies.
Who we share it with
We share the minimum data needed to complete a booking between the customer and the partner assigned to it. We also use these third-party services:
- Ideal Postcodes — UK address lookup, used when you type an address.
- Our hosting provider, to run the website and store data securely.
- Google, Meta and TikTok — only if you accept advertising cookies, to measure the performance of our ads. See our Cookie Policy.
We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
How long we keep your data
Service requests and their photos are automatically deleted 30 days after they are created. Account details are kept while your account is active; you can ask us to delete your account and data at any time using the contact details below.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the personal data we hold about you, to object to certain processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email about@sfind.app. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies
We use a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you logged in, and — only with your permission — cookies from Google, Meta and TikTok to measure our ads. See our Cookie Policy for full details and how to change your choice at any time.
Children
Our services are intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
