About Sfind Services

Sfind Services ("we", "us") operates uk.sfind.app, a platform that connects customers who need Scrap Metal collection, Waste Collection or a Man & Van service with independent local partners who provide those services. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these Terms.

What we are — and what we are not

We provide the booking platform. Partners who accept and carry out a job are independent contractors, not our employees, and are responsible for delivering the service safely, lawfully and to a reasonable standard — including holding a valid Waste Carrier Licence when required for Waste Collection. We are not a party to the service performed between a customer and a partner.

Using the platform

• You must be 18 or older and based in the UK to create an account.
• The information you give us (name, contact details, address, vehicle/licence details for partners) must be accurate and kept up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your account accessible only to you.
• You must not use the platform for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or that could harm another user.

Quotes and pricing

Where a price is shown for Waste Collection or Man & Van, it is a preliminary estimate based on the photos and details provided and may be adjusted once the partner assesses the job in person. Scrap Metal collection is offered free of charge.

Cancellations

You can cancel a pending request at any time before a partner is assigned. Once a partner has been assigned, please contact them directly, or reach out to us at about@sfind.app if you need help.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sfind Services is not liable for any loss, damage or dispute arising directly between a customer and a partner during the performance of a service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud, where such limitation would be unlawful.

Removing access

We may suspend or remove an account that breaches these Terms, provides false information, or (for partners) operates without a required licence.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
